Tofu stir-fry is a dish of cubed tofu cooked quickly over high heat with vegetables and sauce, typically in a wok.
The tofu is often pressed to remove moisture and may be fried crispy before combining with other ingredients: I made a simple tofu stir-fry with broccoli and garlic.
A staple of quick vegetarian cooking.
