Asian muscle rub
Tiger balm is a mentholated ointment used to relieve muscle aches, headaches, and congestion.
The waxy balm produces a warming or cooling sensation when rubbed on skin.
Originally from Southeast Asia, it's sold in small jars and comes in different strengths: I rubbed some tiger balm on my sore shoulder.
