three-up
Leading by three
Three-up describes a printing or design layout where three items appear side by side on a single sheet or screen: The brochure was printed three-up to save paper.
The format is common for business cards, postcards, and labels, allowing multiple copies to be cut from one page.
The pattern extends to other configurations: two-up, four-up, and so on.
