Schizos is informal, often derogatory slang for people with schizophrenia or, more loosely, anyone perceived as erratic or mentally unstable.
Online, it's used dismissively for conspiracy theorists or people with unconventional beliefs: The schizos on that forum think everything is a psyop.
The term can be reclaimed or used self-deprecatingly in some communities.
