sanity
Possession of reason
Sanity is soundness of mind—the state of being mentally healthy and able to think rationally.
Legal contexts use it narrowly: a defendant's sanity determines whether they understood their actions.
More loosely, sanity means reasonableness or good judgment: Working from home has helped me keep my sanity.
To question someone's sanity is to suggest they're acting irrationally.
