rosefish
Spiny red seafood
Rosefish is a bright orange-red fish of the North Atlantic, also called ocean perch or redfish.
It lives in deep, cold waters and is commercially harvested for its mild white flesh.
The name comes from its rosy coloration.
Rosefish fillets are popular in New England fish markets.
