reoffer

Bid a second time

Reoffer means to offer again, typically after an initial offer was rejected, withdrawn, or expired.

In finance, reoffer specifically describes when underwriters sell newly purchased securities to the public: The bonds were reoffered at a slight premium.

The reoffer price is what investors actually pay, as distinct from what the underwriter paid the issuer.
