remobilization
Restoring to action
Remobilization is the act of mobilizing again after a period of demobilization or inactivity.
The term appears most often in military contexts, describing the renewed organization of troops and resources for war: The country began remobilization as tensions escalated.
It also applies to reactivating any organized effort, movement, or system that had been stood down or dispersed.
