railroaded

Pushed through unjustly

Railroaded means forced through hastily or coerced unfairly.

To railroad legislation is to push it through without proper deliberation: The bill was railroaded through committee.

More commonly, to railroad someone is to pressure them into something or convict them unjustly: He was railroaded into confessing, She claimed she'd been railroaded by a corrupt prosecutor.
