quilled
Bearing hollow spines
Quilled describes something having quills—the hollow spines of a porcupine or hedgehog, or the stiff flight feathers of a bird.
More commonly now, quilled refers to decorative work made by rolling thin strips of paper into coils and shapes: a quilled greeting card, quilled ornaments.
The craft is called quilling or paper quilling.
