Polysexual describes attraction to multiple genders, but not necessarily all genders—distinguishing it from pansexual or bisexual.
Someone polysexual might be attracted to women and nonbinary people but not men, or any other combination: I identify as polysexual because gender matters to me, just not in a binary way.
