polyandry
One wife, several
Polyandry is the practice of a woman having multiple husbands simultaneously.
It's the counterpart to polygyny (one husband, multiple wives), and both fall under polygamy (multiple spouses of either arrangement).
Polyandry is rare historically and today, documented mainly in parts of Tibet, Nepal, and northern India, often where brothers share a wife to keep family land undivided.
