poetical
Written in stanzas
Poetical is an older or more literary variant of poetic, describing something having the qualities of poetry—imaginative, rhythmic, or elevated in expression.
While poetic dominates in modern usage, poetical persists in certain fixed phrases and in writing that aims for a formal or archaic tone: his poetical works, a poetical turn of phrase.
