pledge card
Donation promise document
A pledge card is a form on which someone commits to a future action or contribution—typically a donation amount, a promise to vote, or participation in a campaign.
Organizations use pledge cards to formalize commitments and track promised support: Volunteers collected pledge cards at the fundraiser.
The signed card creates psychological accountability even when not legally binding.
