Fingertip enlargement gesture
Pinch to zoom is a touchscreen gesture for changing magnification.
Placing two fingers on the screen and spreading them apart zooms in; bringing them together zooms out.
The motion mimics physically stretching or compressing what you're viewing: Pinch to zoom on the map to see street names.
