picas
Printer's tiny rulers
Picas is a plural with two sources.
In typography, a pica is a unit of measurement equal to about one-sixth of an inch, used for specifying type sizes and column widths: The margins are set at three picas.
Separately, pica is a disorder characterized by compulsive eating of non-food substances like dirt, chalk, or paper—the Latin word for magpie, a bird believed to eat anything.
