rems
Biological exposure measures
Rems is the plural of rem, a unit measuring radiation absorbed by living tissue.
The name comes from "roentgen equivalent man." A typical chest X-ray delivers a fraction of a rem; exposure above 100 rems causes radiation sickness.
In web design, rem is a CSS unit based on the root element's font size: The heading is set at 2 rems.
