pelvises
Lower torso basins
Pelvises is the plural of pelvis, the basin-shaped bone structure at the base of the spine that supports the torso and connects to the legs.
The pelvis houses and protects reproductive and digestive organs: X-rays revealed fractures in both pelvises.
Pelvises varies with pelves as an alternative plural.
