parrillada
Argentine meat platter
A parrillada is a mixed grill of meats cooked over an open flame or charcoal, especially in Argentina, Uruguay, and other South American countries.
The spread typically includes beef cuts, sausages, sweetbreads, and other organ meats, served communally: We ordered the parrillada for the whole table.
The word comes from Spanish *parrilla* (grill).
