paper strips
Confetti before cutting
Paper strips are narrow pieces of paper cut or torn into elongated rectangles.
They serve countless purposes: weaving into baskets, creating paper chains, testing pH levels, feeding through shredders.
In crafts, paper strips become quilling material or woven placemats.
Cut the construction paper into strips about an inch wide.
