paper chains
Linked strip garlands
Paper chains are a simple decoration made by linking loops or strips of paper together, each piece passed through the previous one before being fastened.
They're a classic children's craft project, often made to count down days until a holiday—removing one link each day—or strung up at parties and celebrations.
We made paper chains to decorate the classroom for the winter concert.
