Sanded grain leather
Nubuck is leather that has been buffed on the grain side to create a soft, velvety surface similar to suede.
Unlike suede, which comes from the inner split of the hide, nubuck uses the outer surface, making it more durable while retaining that distinctive nap: nubuck boots, a nubuck jacket.
The texture shows scuffs easily but develops character with wear.
