nose-blind

Olfactorily numb now

Nose-blind describes the inability to detect a smell, especially one you've grown accustomed to through prolonged exposure.

Your own home's odor, a coworker's perfume, or the smell of your pets may become imperceptible because your brain filters out constant stimuli: I've gone nose-blind to the cat litter.

The term gained currency through air freshener advertising.
