noncommunists
Those rejecting collectivism
Noncommunists are people who are not communists—those who don't subscribe to communist ideology or belong to communist parties.
The term appears most often in historical contexts, particularly Cold War–era discussions distinguishing between communist and noncommunist nations, movements, or individuals: The coalition included socialists, liberals, and noncommunists of various stripes.
