Natural stance is a relaxed, balanced standing position used as a starting point in martial arts, boxing, and other physical disciplines.
The feet are roughly shoulder-width apart, weight distributed evenly, body facing forward or slightly angled.
It's the default posture from which other movements begin: Return to your natural stance between combinations.
