Mutter paneer is an Indian dish of soft cheese cubes and green peas in a spiced tomato-based sauce.
It's a staple of North Indian cuisine and appears on virtually every Indian restaurant menu: I'll have the mutter paneer with naan.
The name comes from Hindi—mutter means peas, paneer is the fresh cheese.
