jibber-jabber

Nonsensical rapid talk

Jibber-jabber is rapid, incoherent, or nonsensical talk—speech that sounds like chatter but conveys little meaning: I couldn't follow all that jibber-jabber about algorithms.

The term is mildly dismissive, suggesting the speaker finds the talk unworthy of attention.

It can also serve as a verb: Stop jibber-jabbering and get to the point.
