motocrossers
Off-road bike competitors
Motocrossers are people who participate in motocross—off-road motorcycle racing on rough terrain with jumps, hills, and obstacles.
The term covers both professional competitors and recreational riders: The motocrossers lined up at the starting gate.
It can also refer to the motorcycles themselves, designed for this demanding sport.
