mealprep
Weekly food preparation
Mealprep is the practice of preparing multiple meals in advance, typically for the week ahead.
The idea is to batch cook and portion food on a free day—usually Sunday—to save time and maintain dietary goals during busy periods.
I spent three hours on mealprep so I wouldn't have to cook after work.
Also written as two words: meal prep.
