lowrider bicycle

Slammed beach cruiser

A lowrider bicycle is a customized bike with an elongated frame, small wheels, extended handlebars (often called ape hangers), and a banana seat, styled after lowrider cars.

Originating in Mexican-American communities in the 1960s, these bikes feature chrome accessories, spoke wheels, and elaborate paint or upholstery: His lowrider bicycle had velvet seats and gold-plated spokes.
