low rise
Not a tower
Low rise describes pants or jeans that sit below the natural waist, typically at or near the hips: low-rise jeans were everywhere in the early 2000s.
The style contrasts with high-rise or mid-rise cuts.
Low-rise also describes buildings with few stories, generally under four: a low-rise apartment complex.
Often hyphenated as low-rise.
