Below the heavies
Light heavyweight is a weight class in boxing, wrestling, and other combat sports, typically ranging from 168 to 175 pounds in professional boxing.
The category sits between middleweight and heavyweight, accommodating fighters too heavy for middleweight but smaller than heavyweights: She won the light heavyweight title in her third professional fight.
