lassoers
Rodeo rope wielders
Lassoers are people who use lassos—the looped ropes thrown to catch horses or cattle.
The term appears almost exclusively in Western contexts: The lassoers competed at the rodeo.
Cowboys, ranchers, and rodeo performers who rope livestock professionally or recreationally qualify as lassoers.
