team roping
Partner cattle catching
Team roping is a rodeo event in which two mounted riders work together to rope a steer—one (the header) lassos the horns or head, the other (the heeler) ropes the hind legs.
The clock stops when both ropes are taut and the horses face each other with the steer stretched between them.
They've been team roping partners for fifteen years.
