labor agreement
Collective bargaining outcome
A labor agreement is a formal contract between an employer and a union representing workers, establishing terms of employment such as wages, hours, benefits, and working conditions.
Also called a collective bargaining agreement, it results from negotiations between the two parties and typically covers a set period, after which it must be renegotiated.
The new labor agreement included a 3% annual raise and improved health coverage.
