Horizontal arms hold
An iron cross is a gymnastics move on the rings where the athlete holds their body vertical with arms extended straight out to the sides, forming a cross shape.
It requires exceptional strength and is considered one of the most demanding static positions in the sport: He finally held an iron cross for three seconds. (Capitalized Iron Cross is a German military decoration.)
