know-it-alls

Self-appointed authorities

Know-it-alls are people who act as though they have superior knowledge on every subject and make sure others are aware of it.

The term is always disparaging—it emphasizes the annoying quality of such behavior rather than any actual expertise: Nobody likes a know-it-all.

The singular know-it-all works as both noun and adjective: her know-it-all attitude.
