kill streak
Unbroken elimination sequence
A kill streak is a consecutive series of kills in video games, typically shooters, achieved without dying.
Games often reward kill streaks with bonuses, special abilities, or announcements: I called in an airstrike after hitting a ten kill streak.
The term has spread to describe any unbroken run of success in competitive contexts.
