A juicehead is someone who uses anabolic steroids—the "juice" being injectable testosterone or similar compounds.

The term is common in bodybuilding and fitness circles, often carrying a dismissive tone: Half the guys at that gym are juiceheads.

In older slang, juicehead meant a heavy drinker, but the steroid sense now dominates.
