human action
What people do
Human action is anything a person does deliberately, as opposed to involuntary responses or events that merely happen to them.
The term appears in philosophy, law, and economics to distinguish purposeful behavior from reflex or accident: Human action is the basis of all economic theory.
Blinking is a reflex; winking is a human action.
