heel toe
Sequential foot contact
Heel toe is a driving technique where the driver simultaneously brakes with the toe of the right foot while blipping the throttle with the heel during downshifts, keeping the engine matched to wheel speed for smooth corner entry.
The term also describes a walking gait that rolls from heel to toe, or a style of clogging dance step.
