flour tortilla
Soft Mexican wrap
A flour tortilla is a thin, soft flatbread made from wheat flour, water, and fat—typically lard or vegetable shortening.
Common in northern Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine, flour tortillas are pliable enough to wrap around fillings for burritos, quesadillas, and soft tacos: I'll take that in a flour tortilla instead of corn.
