First-person view is a visual perspective showing what a subject sees through their own eyes, as if the viewer inhabits that position.
In video games, first-person view places you behind the character's eyes rather than watching from outside: The game switches to first-person view when you aim.
In drone flying, FPV means piloting while watching a live feed from the aircraft's camera.
The perspective creates immediacy and immersion.
