fee-simple

Unrestricted property estate

Fee-simple is the most complete form of property ownership recognized in law—absolute ownership with unconditional rights to use, sell, or bequeath the land.

Unlike a lease or life estate, fee-simple ownership has no time limit and no conditions that could cause it to revert to a previous owner: They purchased the property in fee-simple.
