exit point
Where you leave
An exit point is where something ends or where you leave—a highway off-ramp, the conclusion of a business investment, or the moment a program terminates.
In trading and finance, it's the predetermined price or condition at which you sell: What's your exit point on this stock?
In programming, it's where code returns control to the calling function.
