An e-novel is a novel in electronic format, read on a computer, e-reader, tablet, or phone rather than in print.
The term emerged alongside e-book but emphasizes longer fiction specifically: She downloaded the e-novel to read on her flight.
Now largely superseded by the more general e-book.
