drum kits
Snare-and-cymbal assemblies
A drum kit is the assembled set of drums, cymbals, and hardware that a drummer plays as a single instrument—typically including a bass drum, snare, tom-toms, hi-hat, and various cymbals mounted on stands.
The configuration varies by musical style and personal preference: a jazz kit might be spare, while a rock kit sprawls across the stage.
