Bounced ball kick
A drop goal is a score in rugby achieved by drop-kicking the ball through the opponent's goalposts during open play.
Unlike a penalty kick or conversion, a drop goal can be attempted at any time, making it a tactical weapon when a team is within range: He sealed the match with a drop goal in the final minutes.
