deposer
One who unseats
A deposer is one who deposes—either someone who removes a ruler or official from power, or someone who gives testimony under oath.
The first sense appears in historical and political contexts: The deposers of the king faced their own power struggles.
The second is legal: a deposer provides a deposition.
