de-aging

Turning back time

De-aging is the digital process of making an actor appear younger on screen, using computer graphics to smooth wrinkles, tighten skin, and restore youthful features: The film de-aged the lead actor to play his character in flashback scenes.

The term also applies more broadly to any technique or treatment claiming to reverse signs of aging.
